2018 Open Enrollment Information


This year, benefit-eligible employees will have personalized enrollment assistance. MGA is providing the help of professional, licensed Benefit Counselors from our partners at Hodges-Mace to help employees complete the enrollment process, answer questions, and select the benefit options that are right for them and their family.

To receive benefits in 2018, it is required that each benefit-eligible employee complete an enrollment session. Enrollment will take place through an employee-scheduled phone call. To schedule your appointment, please go online to access the scheduling website:

Appointment times and days will fill up fast. It is recommended that you schedule your appointment online at your earliest convenience. Keep in mind these helpful tips from MGA’s Benefits Administrator, Mandy Peters:

  • Employees must use a valid email address when scheduling their appointment and will receive a confirmation email that can be added to their calendar.
  • Only one appointment can be scheduled per employee per email address. Employees can change or cancel their appointment through their confirmation email.
  • There is currently a 12-hour block on the schedule so same-day appointments cannot be made.

***Please note that employer-sponsored insurance plans have a strict open enrollment window. Everyone must enroll or waive their 2018 benefits during our designated open enrollment period (December 4th – 10th). Current elections will NOTcarry over.
