Congratulations to Chelsea Davis, our new Director of Operations in Colorado Springs

The MGA Homecare Colorado Springs team is pleased to announce the promotion of Chelsea Davis to Director of Operations. Chelsea started with MGA Homecare in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and has been promoted several times over the years.

With her previous experience in home healthcare, it didn’t take long from Chelsea to transition from working in an administrative assistant role to a therapy support manager and then Operations Manager. Just recently, she was promoted once again to her current role of Director of Operations for the Colorado Springs office.

“I’ve been working in home healthcare for almost 18 years now,” shared Davis. “I was previously working for a company that provided care for geriatrics patients instead of little kids, but a lot of the back-office work is the same; even with the obvious difference in average patient age.”

Cal Critchfield, our Colorado Springs Administrator describes Chelsea as a pillar of the office. “She helped us build our office into what it is today,” said Critchfield. “No matter what, I knew that Chelsea would be at work every day doing her best, learning and always wanting to do more. She is a true example that hard work, determination and a great attitude pays off!”

Chelsea is excited for the opportunity for change and growth that comes with being the Director of Operations. She’s prepared to face any new challenges head-on.

“I’m looking forward to working with everyone in the Colorado Springs office to help with MGA Homecare’s continuing growth in our area,” said Chelsea. “As Director of Operations, I’ll be able to work with each department directly and figure out exactly how I can best support them.”

Even though she’ll be busy in her new role, Chelsea is eager to continue her involvement in MGA Homecare’s community events.

“One of my favorite things about MGA Homecare is our commitment to our families and our community,” said Davis. “The team and I had a blast volunteering at the Challenger Baseball game back in June and I’m excited to spend time with more of our kiddos at Fishing Has No Boundaries outing next month.”

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family or just hanging out at with her three dogs.

Congratulations on your promotion, Chelsea! We’re incredibly proud to have you as a part of the MGA Homecare team and can’t wait to see all that you’ll accomplish in your new role.
