What You’ll Do
Provide individualized care based on each patient’s plan of care
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
Educate patients and families on care needs and self‑management
Build trusting relationships with families, especially those caring for children

Qualifications
Active North Carolina LPN license
Current BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and organization
Effective communication and time‑management skills
Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
