The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide in-home ABA therapy services at MGA Behavior Therapy. In this role, the RBT will work directly with children and families in the comfort of their homes to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Using Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training (NET), the RBT will help children develop functional communication, self-help, and adaptive skills that are directly applicable to real-life situations. The in-home setting supports skill generalization while providing frequent, hands-on family guidance for a collaborative therapy experience.

Job Description

  • Provide Clinic Based 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing DTT and NET techniques 
  • Facilitate peer play and social skills activities in a structured clinic schedule 
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress 
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate progress to BCBA 
  • Maintain RBT certification by tracking supervision hours and timely renewal as required 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (relevant degree preferred) 
  • RBT Certification 
  • Experience with children, ASD, or developmental disorders is preferred 
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Attention to detail/strong data collection skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting with minimal supervision
