Administration and Operations
Brad Bennett joined MGA Homecare after the Company was acquired by Flexpoint Ford, through its affiliated funds, on February 12, 2020. Since that date he has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to joining MGA, Brad co-founded, in January 2017, Upward Health (previously BehaveCare, Inc.) in partnership with BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners. As co-founder, he continues to serve on UpwardHealth’s Board of Directors. Brad has been a National Trustee of the First Tee since 2009; as well as having served as the Chairman of the Board of The First Tee of Greater Baltimore from 2008 to 2015. He is a 1987 graduate of Loyola University-Maryland, where he received the Lybrand Medal & Whelan Medal.
Brett Costello joined MGA in 2005 and today provides the leadership and vision necessary to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company with a focus on business development, strategic initiatives, and operational processes and controls. Costello is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee, comprised of key operational, financial, and clinical executives who oversee all aspects of MGA’s Homecare services. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Lisa Foster joined MGA in 2019 and leads the clinical strategy for all home health services across six locations in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Foster’s career includes nearly 15 years serving in supervisory roles within home health agencies. She most recently served as the Vice President of a pediatric home health organization in Colorado. Foster comes to MGA Homecare with extensive experience overseeing clinical compliance, clinician training programs and performance evaluation. She received her Associate's degree in nursing from Louisiana State University, Alexandria.
Gwen Franzgrote started her career with MGA in 2016 and currently heads company-wide corporate compliance. Franzgrote is responsible for the overall compliance program, overseeing ongoing educational opportunities and industry standards and regulations. She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the College of Charleston. Later, Franzgrote earned her Master’s in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and certificates including a paralegal certificate from the University of Colorado, Denver and compliance from George Washington University.
Justin Grant joined the team in 2008 and leads MGA Homecare’s operations in Colorado. Grant is also a member of the Senior Leadership Committee, comprised of key operational, financial, and clinical executives who oversee all aspects of MGA’s Home Healthcare services throughout Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. He graduated from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in sports medicine and minor in biology and served in the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment in the 2nd Battalion.
Corey Hawke started his career with MGA Homecare in 2013 and currently oversees the daily operations of the company with a strategic focus on the planning and implementation of key initiatives designed to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. In his previous role as Director of Contracts & Payor Relations, Corey was responsible for developing and managing all payor relationships throughout Arizona, Colorado and Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Portland State University.
Denise DeVincenzo began with MGA in May of 2015. As the Director of HR she’s responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function within home healthcare for Colorado, Texas and Arizona. With more than 20 years of experience in HR, DeVincenzo previously worked as a Director of HR for a hospice organization and a mental health facility. She’s been a Certified Professional in HR since 2001 (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. DeVincenzo holds a BS in Management-Human Resources from Park University.
Jeff Perez began his career at MGA in 2006, and currently directs and oversees the organization’s revenue cycle activities, optimizing all billing, compliance, authorizations, collections, cash applications and other financial analysis for MGA Homecare. Previously, he served as a Collections Manager at Guglielmo and Associates. Perez studied business management at the University of New Mexico.
Cal Critchfield began with MGA Homecare in 2010 as he assisted in the opening of the Colorado Springs office. As the Administrator of the Colorado Springs location, Cal is responsible for overseeing the recruiting, clinical, and sales departments as well as the case management of over 1,000 patients across Southern Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Colorado State University, Pueblo.
Dan Zalk joined the MGA Homecare team in 2008 and currently leads day-to-day clinical and administrative operations in Pueblo, CO. Zalk has experience on both the recruiting and operational sides of the business as he served in several roles within the private duty nursing, visit nursing and certified nursing assistant divisions. Zalk assisted in opening the Pueblo office in late 2018. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Hofstra University.
Devin Myers joined the company in 2013 as a recruiter who progressed into a management role. Today, he is the Administrator of the Denver office, focusing on building the corporate sales team and further developing the case management department. Myers graduated from Western State College with a Bachelor of Science in sports medicine and minors in business management and psychology.
Drew Allison joined the team in 2017 after four years in healthcare recruiting and field support management. He began his MGA Homecare journey as the Director of Operations in Dallas, soon transitioning into the Administrator role in the Austin office. He is continually working to ensure compliance measures are met and day-to-day functions operate efficiently. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Colorado State University.
Kevin Weiss started with MGA Homecare in 2007. As the Administrator of the Dallas office, he is focused on compliance oversight and implementing effective hiring and training processes. Throughout his career with the agency, he has had the opportunity to manage multiple offices, streamline operations and maintain exemplary customer service standards. Weiss graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Arizona.
Trevor Rogers joined MGA Homecare in 2010 and currently leads Scottsdale operations. He previously had the opportunity to serve in an account management role, learning the landscape of candidate sourcing and client management. Rogers graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Casey Mastreno has been with the company since 2013. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Pueblo's pediatric clinical services, specifically focusing on overall patient outcomes and nurse team support. He is active in Pueblo’s community events and fosters supportive programs such as CNA Parent Care. Mastreno graduated from Pueblo Community College with an Associate's degree in nursing.
Heather Politz joined MGA Homecare in 2011 and today leads the clinical teams in Colorado Springs. Her day-to-day consists of maintaining continuing education programs, clinician training, and compliance oversight. Politz remains active in the nursing education community through organizations such as the Home Care Association of Colorado and End of Life Nursing Education Consortium. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing from Northwestern State University, Shreveport.
Katrine Atlung-Blair began her MGA Homecare career in 2006 and joined the leadership team shortly thereafter. She is responsible for overseeing all clinical programs and procedures including, medical records, hiring and training clinicians, and adhering to CMS, state, and agency regulations to maintain a focus on positive patient outcomes. After attending an undergraduate program at a university in Denmark, she received her Associate's degree in nursing from Mesa Community College.
Kodie Rabroker joined the team in 2016 and today is responsible for managing all clinical services in the Dallas area. Rabroker has held several positions within the corporate team including serving as the recent Clinical Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor. She holds an Associates of Applied Science in nursing from Blinn College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governor’s University.
Meghan Skovran started with MGA Homecare in 2009. Skovran is keenly aware of how each clinical division functions and operates and now maintains a focus on growing the certified nursing assistant and therapy divisions in Denver. In addition, she maintains consistent and effective care within the private duty nursing and nursing visits departments. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from South Dakota State University’s School of Nursing.
Tiffany Luster started her career with MGA Homecare in 2011. As the Director of Clinical Services, Luster oversees all aspects of Austin's pediatric home care services. From implementing policies and procedures to managing nurse and therapist credentials, she ensures quality management. Luster earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Texas Women’s University School of Nursing.
