“The value of transparency really stood out to me. I’ve been looking for an agency with a flattened hierarchy that also puts a lot of pride in their ability to be transparent.”

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

“So far, the most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the time I spend with each person I interact with isn’t wasted.”

What are your favorite activities outside of work?

“I love cooking and fishing (but only topwater)! I also recently started woodworking and hunting with my fiancé, though I’m not too keen on hunting.”
