The MGA Homecare Colorado Springs team is thrilled to promote Chelsea Davis to Therapy Operations Manager.
After earning her Bachelor’s in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, Chelsea joined MGA Homecare in October of 2013 as the Therapy Administrative Assistant.
Over the years, she has adapted and transitioned into roles that best suit her ever-growing strengths and capabilities. Prior to this new role, Chelsea served as the Therapy Support Manager. As she gained more experience and confidence in MGA’s therapy division, she was eager to have a greater impact.
Now, as Therapy Operations Manager, Chelsea will oversee and assist her team of four to ensure therapy needs are exceeding family expectations. “One of my main goals is to make sure all processes of the therapy department are running as efficiently as possible,” said Chelsea. “Additionally, I hope to meet with new referral sources and educate them on what the MGA therapy division has to offer.”
Chelsea’s team describes her as having exceptional drive, integrity and next-level smarts. “Chelsea has a distinct work ethic that has allowed her to rise through the ranks of the Therapy Division,” said Matt Soto, Director of Operations for CO Springs. “We couldn’t be happier for her and are excited to see her lead us to future success.”
After six years with MGA, Chelsea has too many wonderful memories to pick a favorite. She truly enjoys working at MGA and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to patients and their families. Outside of work, you can find Chelsea picking up a book, getting her DIY crafting on, and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews.
