How does the LHA program work?
Arizona’s LHA program allows an adult family member of the pediatric patient to care for their loved one and receive pay for carrying out those duties. Will training be required?
The self-paced course you will take as part of your training, has been approved by the Arizona Board of Nursing. Your training will come from the help of MGA Homecare, an award-winning high quality homecare provider. The course is a hybrid model where the program is completed virtually, and the final written and skills exam are in-person. Once you have completed your course, you’ll be scheduled for orientation to become an MGA employee.
