Pediatric home health agency expands clinical and compliance leadership teams
MGA Homecare today announced the appointment of Lisa Foster as the Chief Clinical Officer for all six of its home health locations. The company provides specialized in-home clinical care, including private duty nursing and therapy services, to pediatric patients throughout Arizona, Colorado and Texas. The announcement comes as MGA Homecare prepares to roll out its newly enhanced compliance program to all 1,600 field clinicians.
“Lisa’s extensive clinical oversight experience made her an ideal fit for MGA Homecare as we place a significant emphasis on the best possible patient outcomes,” said Dave Zowine, CEO of MGA Homecare. “Our top priority is ensuring our families and caregivers have the tools and resources needed, including clinical education, to keep our kids home and healthy.”
Foster’s career includes nearly 15 years serving in supervisory roles within home health agencies. She most recently served as the Vice President of a pediatric home health organization in Colorado, guiding clinical strategy for the agency. Foster comes to MGA Homecare with extensive experience overseeing clinical compliance, clinician training programs and performance evaluation.
Working closely with Foster is Gwen Franzgrote, who was recently promoted to Corporate Compliance Officer. Franzgrote previously served as the Director of Clinical Compliance for MGA Homecare, where she effectively implemented a comprehensive compliance program based on training and continued education.
In her new role, Franzgrote will shepherd the unveiling of MGA Homecare’s newly enhanced compliance program. The program is designed to ensure all employees are well versed in the role they play in providing safe, high-quality patient care and compliant delivery of pediatric home care services within industry standards and regulations. Franzgrote will oversee ongoing educational opportunities, increased field employee touch points, and additional personnel to conduct frequent training sessions.
As MGA Homecare expands its executive team, it also continues to develop its local-market leadership. Other recent promotions include Matt Soto as the Director of Operations in Colorado Springs and Kodie Rabroker as the Director of Clinical Services in Dallas. MGA Homecare is always looking for talented people to join its team. Visit MGAhomecare.com to learn more about services offered and current career opportunities.
