MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Description
Reports to the Site Administrator and is responsible for providing administrative/office support to the site to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Partners with the Corporate Administrative Manager on office level marketing, events, supplies and general office organization and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with visitors/clients/candidates and other persons coming into the office for a variety of purposes.
- Deliver and organize mail coming in and out of the office.
- Maintain a general filing system and correspondences.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences in the office.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with building manager and maintenance any repairs or concerns with office.
- Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
- Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
- Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
- Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
Qualifications
- High School Education- Associates Degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Additional languages preferred)
- 1+ year experience in a clinical environment preferred
Additional Information
