Our experienced team coordinates care with nurses, patients, and their families. They assist our patients with daily living activities, vital signs, meal prep, and home exercise programs. LHAs also provide G-Tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and medication administration. MGA team members are trusting, compassionate, and highly trained. Our mission is to train relatives to provide their family members with personalized and effective care.
