Help us congratulate Rebecca Dierck, our 2024 Caregiver of the Year – Certified Nursing Assistant! Today we are honored to spotlight: Rebecca Diercks, a dedicated CNA, loving mother, and valued member of our MGA family since 2018.
Rebecca’s caregiving journey began with the birth of her son, Bryce. Like many parents of medically complex children, she faced challenges that required both resilience and adaptability. Reflecting on those early days, Rebecca shares:
“When he was born, I can honestly say that I was lost in how to care for him… It’s been a journey of learning through the good and the bad.”
Her search for support led her to MGA, where she found more than just a job—she found a lifeline. Our relative caregiver model of care empowered Rebecca to stay by her son’s side while building a meaningful career in healthcare.
“MGA has given both Bryce and me an advantage that sadly other families are not given. I can work, take care of my son, and pay the bills at the same time—which is the most amazing thing to happen to me.”
Now, nearly seven years later, Rebecca is a pillar in her community and a beloved part of our team. Her dedication to care, her gratitude for her support team, and her unwavering love for her son shine through in everything she does.
“I am beyond lucky to have met the people I have through MGA. They have become part of my family and I love them all dearly.”
We are proud to honor Rebecca not just for her years of service, but for the heart and humanity she brings to her work each and every day.
Congratulations, Rebecca—and thank you for all that you do. We look forward to many more years together.
