Congratulations to Reger Craigo, Joseph Morton and Meghan Skovran

The Denver MGA Home Healthcare team is pleased to announce the promotion of Reger Craigo to Director of Business Development, Joseph Morton to Director of Operations and Meghan Skovran to Director of Clinical Services.

Reger Craigo

Reger began his career with MGA in 2015 as a recruiter for the in-home nursing division. He continued to hone his skills over the last three years, becoming an integral part of the MGA recruiting team. Now, as Director of Business Development, he will teach and lead the next wave of recruiters.

“Being able to connect with the community and spread MGA’s culture to kids and their families are what’s important,” says Reger when asked about the most rewarding part of his job. His heavy focus on customer service is a key factor in why he’s been able to grow within MGA and create strong relationships with families and fellow employees.

When he’s not in the office, Reger enjoys exploring the Denver restaurant scene and playing golf. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business and sports management from Western State College of Colorado.

Joseph Morton

Joe started at MGA Home Healthcare as a recruiter in 2014. Through his time as a recruiter, he learned valuable skills that allowed him to grow into a managing recruiter. Today, Joe has the opportunity to continue to lead and set strategic goals for his team as Director of Operations.

“The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that my team is making a difference in the lives of those we touch,” says Joe. “People are our focus and MGA provides truly meaningful services to its families and patients. I’m continually striving to better myself and my team by helping everyone grow both personally and professionally.”

Joe is currently pursuing his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Colorado State University. In his free time, he’s likely cooking up something special in the kitchen, jamming at a concert, golfing or playing basketball.

Meghan Skovran, RN, BSN

Meghan began her career at MGA in 2009 as an in-home pediatric nurse. After 9 years with the company, she’s steadily advanced her skills and earned her latest title as Director of Clinical Services.

“It’s all about being able to give a patient the ability to stay in their home with their family,” says Meghan. “Watching a child thrive and building relationships with my families, coworkers and other clinicians are fulfilling parts of my job.”

When Meghan has downtime, she can be found in the outdoors enjoying a camping weekend or off on a fishing trip. As a certified yoga instructor, Meghan enjoys practicing and teaching her fellow yogis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from South Dakota State School of Nursing.
