MGA Welcomes

Meet Brent Bailey: MGA Homecare’s New Military and Federal Business Development Manager

We are thrilled to introduce Brent Bailey, our newest team member at MGA Homecare. Brent joins us as the Military and Federal Business Development Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for serving our community.

Brent’s career journey is as fascinating as it is inspiring. At the age of 18, he joined the military and served as a military police officer for 21 years. Following his military career, it took him five years to find his way to homecare, a field he is now grateful to be a part of. For the past five years, Brent has dedicated himself to homecare, and he chose MGA because of our incredible passion for our patients. He is excited about the comprehensive homecare services we offer, which allow us to provide world-class care in the comfort of our patients’ homes.

In his new role, Brent is eager to get MGA’s name out into the communities we serve and to have the opportunity to care for Active-Duty Service Members, Veterans, and their families. Serving this special population is Brent’s passion, and he looks forward to making a significant impact.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys grilling and loves preparing great meals for his friends and family. He even has two grills affectionately named “Tater” and “Tot.” His inspiration comes from our patients; meeting with Active-Duty Service Members and Veterans who need our help motivates him to work harder. Seeing patients improve through the care provided by our dedicated caregivers and therapists gives him immense satisfaction.

Brent lives by the motto, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work,” a quote by Steve Jobs that resonates deeply with him. The best career advice he has received is to be transparent with his team, as it helps build trust and collaboration.

After a long day at work, Brent likes to unwind by sitting outside or watching any sport that is on, being an avid fan of all things Dallas – the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, and the Stars. Looking ahead, he is excited about helping to build out our Military and Federal book of business. Brent sees a tremendous opportunity to help our Nation’s Heroes, and he is committed to working together with the MGA team to make a big impact.

Balancing work and personal life can be challenging, especially in the demanding field of homecare. For Brent, family is everything. He enjoys going on walks with his family or simply sitting outside and taking in nature.

Brent’s dedication to serving our military and veterans, combined with his extensive experience, makes him a fantastic addition to the MGA Homecare family. We are excited to see the positive impact he will undoubtedly bring to our community and the lives of those we serve.

Welcome to the team, Brent!
