A message from Michelle:

My passion for nursing can be traced back to my administrative days in the hospital and medical equipment. After working so long with nurses, I decided it was about time I went back to school and earned my BSN. I enjoy working directly with patients and making a difference not only in their lives but for their family also. After graduation, I worked in the ICU and Private Duty Nursing (PDN). Both settings provided such different challenges. The ICU had a lot of critical thinking and challenging situations. PDN was hard because I experienced the loss of a patient. After you spend so much time with that one patient and build a bond with them and their family, then having to say goodbye is very difficult.

When I am not working, my family and I love to be outdoors. We moved to Colorado in November 2021 from the Midwest. My family and I enjoy hiking trails and camping. My husband is a CRNA and specializes in Pain Management. We have a four-year-old who is a bundle of energy.

I am very excited to be part of the MGA Homecare team and look forward to helping our patients, their families, and our MGA Nursing team.
