MGA Welcomes

MGA Homecare Welcomes Phil Dudt, Sr. Director of Employee Relations

MGA Homecare is proud to welcome our new Sr. Director of Employee Relations, Phil Dudt! Phil started his first day at the office on June 13th of this year and he’s had nothing but warm welcomes from the team. “I can honestly say that the most enjoyable aspect of my position, thus far, has been getting to know on a deeper level the highly talented team that I will be working with, as they have been so welcoming to me.”

The Sr. Director of Employee Relations Experience

Since Phil has just recently started, he is still getting to know MGA Homecare. “Although the entirety of my duties is yet to be determined, but my primary function with the company is to serve each and every employee with a spirit of humility, integrity, and objectivity in receiving and resolving concerns that fall under the umbrella of Employee Relations, such as concerns involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.” Phil will be a resource for all MGA Homecare employees to ensure their needs are met and satisfied.

He came upon the Sr. Director of Employee Relations position for a number of reasons. “Having served as a Sr. Investigator with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (US EEOC) for close to twenty years and then as an Employee Relations Manager for a Fortune 500 Company, I felt the Sr. Director of Employee Relations position with MGA Homecare would be a terrific fit for my experience and skill set. Phil shares that he hopes this role will allow him to continue his passion for making the workplace safer, and more diverse and be a productive and motivational place for all MGA Homecare employees.

Getting to know Phil

Phil is excited to be a part of the MGA team. He is looking forward to learning more about the company and meeting the amazing employees that makeup MGA Homecare. Outside of his role as Sr. Director of Employee Relations he spends most of his free time doing activities with his two girls. Phil shares that he is also involved in the Prison Ministry at his church, which he finds deeply rewarding. But “any time left over is spent going on long hikes with my energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, named “Raven”, due to my family being a raving fan of the Baltimore Ravens and playing pickup basketball with my friends!”

Thank you, Phil, we are excited to have you on board!
