MGA in the Community: Supporting Challenger Baseball, Barrow Neurological Institute, Alpine Autism Center & Chelsea Hutchison Foundation

Join us in celebrating our #MGACommunity – an initiative aimed at highlighting our community involvement and charitable support.

Challenger Baseball

Our MGA Homecare buddies are kicking off the 2018 Challenger Baseball season in Colorado Springs, part of the Little League Challenger Division! The Challenger Division allows children with intellectual and physical challenges to enjoy the game of baseball with the help of loving volunteers who assist and encourage the players on and off the field. Stay connected with us for more Challenger Baseball volunteer highlights throughout the 2018 season.

Alpine Autism Center’s Run for the One

Team MGA is a proud sponsor and continued supporter of the 11th Annual Run for the One 5K presented by Alpine Autism Center. This fundraising event is held each April during Autism Awareness Month, furthering the Center’s efforts to provide intervention, family support and advocacy for those affected by autism in the Pikes Peak region. This year’s event at America the Beautiful Park raised over $35,000. A special congratulations to our own Mike Floss, Recruiter, for his 1st place finish!

Lou Grubb Friends Fore Golf Tournament

MGA Homecare is a continued sponsor of the annual Lou Grubb Friends Fore Golf Tournament at JW Marriott Golf Club. Now in its 45th year, the tournament continues to raise much-needed funding for Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, all while celebrating a love for community in remembrance of respected automotive businessman Lou Grubb and his wife, Evelyn.

Chelsea Hutchison Foundation Gala

MGA team members in Denver dressed in Casino Royale-style for the 9th Annual Chelsea Hutchison Foundation Gala. This fun-filled evening of casino games and entertainment included a live auction with proceeds benefiting the foundation – a leader in epilepsy support and SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) awareness, helping to empower patients and their families.
