Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clinical Services Supervision
    • Supervise, train and oversee staff development of all clinical staff and unlicensed employees while working with program management personnel.
    • Ensures effective service delivery of clinical case consultations being executed by clinical staff.
    • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning and scheduling/assigning on-going workload assignments; adjusting program and project priorities in consultation with Chief Programs Officer and program leaders; and preparing schedules for work completion.
    • Responsible for appraising performance; conducting weekly supervision meetings with staff; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Program Development, Management and Evaluation
    • Prepare progress and performance reports for internal and external communication.
    • Establish agency policy and protocol in all areas of clinical service and work with Managing Directors, Chief Program Officer, and program management staff to ensure that best practices are being effectively executed so the clinical needs of all of the agency clients are being addressed.
    • Manage and facilitate multiple projects and teams simultaneously
    • Assist in all areas of program development and evaluation to ensure that programs are effective, efficient, and consistent with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Participation in MGA programs, Fall Prevention, Risk Management, and new program development.
  • Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance to the CHAP Home Care Standards.
  • Attends developmental in services, readily seeks available continuing education to remain current in the field.
  • Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
    • Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
    • Adheres to dress code and a clean and neat professional appearance.
    • Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicate with executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • State Current license with no restrictions or demonstrate equivalent experience providing direct oversight of clinical staff
  • Experience with supervising licensed staff and providing clinical supervision
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a fast paced, professional environment.
