MGA Homecare specializes in providing private duty nursing, personal care services, and therapy to the medically complex population. We deliver high-quality care in the home and community-based setting, the setting which is the lowest cost to the payers. We aim to be the employer of choice and the partner of choice to referral sources, state government agencies, and health plans. We currently provide care in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, Washington, and Tennessee with a plan to grow into new states and markets. 

We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Team!  Please note, this is not an HR role. This position sits on our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of finding qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile children.

You can't be intimidated by talking on the phone and building relationships with people; you must be willing to make a lot of calls and handle some rejection.   • Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Perform full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field
  • Use major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
  • Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
  • High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Additional Information

Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:
