Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and educate patients and families.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Work alongside RNs and the clinical team to provide quality care.

Requirements

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Current CPR certification and TB screening, per agency requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
