What You’ll Do
Deliver Specialized Patient Care
Provide high‑quality, individualized care following each patient’s active plan of care, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to support the best possible outcomes.
Administer Treatments with Skill and Compassion
Safely administer prescribed medications, therapies, and treatments while prioritizing patient comfort, well‑being, and safety.
Maintain Thorough and Accurate Documentation
Complete detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care coordination to ensure accurate and comprehensive medical records.
Educate and Empower Patients and Families
Teach patients and their families about disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies to help them manage health needs with confidence.
Build Meaningful Working Relationships
Work closely with families—especially those caring for children—to build trust, provide consistent support, and help create a safe, nurturing environment tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Proven problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Home health experience (preferred)
