Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Flexible Schedule | Home Health

MGA Homecare is hiring compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing therapy team! We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, providing individualized care for children from birth to age 21 in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs
  • Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy
  • Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Supervise PTAs as needed (training available)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state Occupational Therapy license 
  • CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply — we offer mentorship and support
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
