Are you ready to redefine pediatric care? MGA Homecare is seeking a high-impact, compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team. This role goes beyond traditional home health; you’ll deliver meaningful, life-changing therapy in each child’s natural learning environment, where comfort, trust, and progress thrive.
Through our focused Clustered Caseload Model, you’ll spend less time navigating Denver traffic and more time doing what matters most: empowering children and supporting families. From sensory integration to fine motor development, you will serve as a key architect in helping children build independence and confidence.

Total Target Compensation: $114,400 – $169,000+ (based on experience and visit volume)
Income Stability: Guaranteed salary during your initial caseload ramp-up period (4–6 weeks)

Core Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment plans focused on sensory processing, ADLs, and neuromotor development
Family Partnership: Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure therapeutic carryover beyond each visit
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nursing staff, and physicians to provide coordinated, holistic care
Efficient Documentation: Utilize MGA’s streamlined point-of-care EHR system to reduce administrative burden and maximize patient-focused time
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
Licensure: Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain via DORA)
Certification: Current NBCOT certification and BLS/CPR
Experience: Pediatric experience preferred; robust onboarding and training available for motivated clinicians new to pediatrics
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
