MGA Homecare is hiring compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing therapy team! We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, providing individualized care for children from birth to age 21 in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric speech therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy
• Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state Speech Therapy license 
• CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply — we offer mentorship and support
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
