Position Summary
MGA Homecare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Therapy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional therapy professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants, to deliver top-notch care to our patients.
You will play a critical role in expanding our therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals who align with MGA Homecare’s mission and values.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality therapy professionals.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of working at MGA Homecare, highlighting the company culture, mission, and career development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with the Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and human resources teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Utilize data to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School Education- Associates Degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, including familiarity with therapy professions and licensing requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting goals.

Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:
- Base salary $52,000 - $55,000 annually and paid weekly
