Every MGA in-home provider–registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, licensed vocational nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech-language therapist–is a qualified professional who has been educated and then vetted through a rigorous screening process with background checks. In addition to their education, each professional is also given more training to become oriented to working at MGA. Additionally, each clinician is licensed or certified in their specialty of practice.

Being part of our team of healthcare professionals requires more than just technical skills. We operate as a family, upholding values of teamwork, integrity, and honesty to create an environment that is professional, caring, and enjoyable. What truly sets us apart is the relationships we build with each other and our families.

Working at MGA gives our professionals not just professional fulfillment, but also offers great work-life balance allowing for more growth. Our team members have gone back to school for continued higher education pursuits, participated, and trained for ironman races, and are raising thriving famines. All of these require time and passion. We allow our teammates this time to pursue these personal passions. Because when they are happy, our patients are, too.
