Our headquarters are in Scottsdale, Arizona with other locations consisting of administrative/clerical support, as well as nurses and therapists in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina and Washington. We are expanding and growing into more markets to provide home healthcare jobs near you and provide home healthcare assistance to those who need it.
Our goal is to make the lives of our families easier by demonstrating compassion and integrity in everything we do. We are continually looking for those who want to make a difference and are career-focused in healthcare. If you’re looking for jobs in healthcare, please reach out to us. There is a need for people like you.
Our service to our community extends beyond private duty nursing and therapy. We believe it’s important to help make the communities we serve better in several different ways. That’s why we work with local charities, hospitals, and businesses to make a positive, lasting impact whenever we can.
It’s important to us to work with organizations that are actively helping to make the world a better place and that have values aligned with ours. Our Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) often participate at community-focused events to show support, raise funds, or recruit those looking for home healthcare jobs. Follow us on social media to see what we’re up to, how we are helping change lives for the better, and get a glimpse into what it’s like to work at MGA. Your life will change for the better, too.
Every MGA in-home provider–registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, licensed vocational nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech-language therapist–is a qualified professional who has been educated and then vetted through a rigorous screening process with background checks. In addition to their education, each professional is also given more training to become oriented to working at MGA. Additionally, each clinician is licensed or certified in their specialty of practice.
Being part of our team of healthcare professionals requires more than just technical skills. We operate as a family, upholding values of teamwork, integrity, and honesty to create an environment that is professional, caring, and enjoyable. What truly sets us apart is the relationships we build with each other and our families.
Working at MGA gives our professionals not just professional fulfillment, but also offers great work-life balance allowing for more growth. Our team members have gone back to school for continued higher education pursuits, participated, and trained for ironman races, and are raising thriving famines. All of these require time and passion. We allow our teammates this time to pursue these personal passions. Because when they are happy, our patients are, too.
