What You Will Own

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and field staff positions

  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for qualifications and cultural alignment

  • Verify references and ensure hiring compliance

  • Negotiate compensation and close candidates

  • Maintain a strong, active pipeline of healthcare professionals

You are responsible for building the team that delivers care in the field.

Staffing & Scheduling Operations

  • Manage field staff schedules to ensure full client coverage

  • Complete and adjust schedules upon authorization

  • Verify timesheets against approved schedules

  • Address time and attendance concerns quickly and professionally

  • Schedule new admissions and communicate non-clinical information to caregivers

  • Oversee client care schedules to ensure continuity

  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage

This role requires urgency, organization, and accountability.

Client & Employee Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and field staff

  • Serve as a reliable and professional point of contact

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

  • Represent the company positively within the community

Who We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or strong customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; bilingual a plus)

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable making decisions and handling performance expectations

  • Strong cultural alignment with MGA’s mission and standards

  • Ability to pass a background check
