We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Dallas Team! Please note, that this is not an HR role. This position sits on our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of finding qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile children.

This role reports directly to the Site Leader and is responsible for the recruitment of external staff and the staffing operations of the department. Recruiters provide excellent customer service to both field staff and clients.
- Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
- Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone, online and email prospecting.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Generates a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines.
- Perform full cycle recruiting, from initial screening to post-hire follow-ups.
- Attracts applicants and maintains a pipeline by utilizing job advertisements (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), referrals, and warm calling among other sources.
- Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers.
- Negotiates salaries with candidates and field employees.
- Assists in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Scheduling
- Completes requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.
- Assists with external employees’ time and attendance issues.
- Verify timesheets against schedule.
- Always adheres to client confidentiality.
- Participates in the on-call rotation schedule.
- Schedules new admissions, giving non-clinical information to caregivers.
- Manages clients’ care schedules.
- Provides excellent customer service to both clients and field employees.
- Performs all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
- Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
- Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
- Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
- Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within the designated time.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from the executive team.
Qualifications
- High School Education, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales or recruiting experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Previous customer service Experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, additional languages preferred
- Demonstrate ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
